Courtney Krachtus, of Chicago, Illinois, is a graduate of Lindenwood University, having received a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.  Since, Courtney has had choreographic works selected for presentation at a variety of notable events including: American College Dance Association Midwest Conference (2017), Inaside Chicago Dance’s Choreographic Sponsorship Event (2018), College of DuPage’s Choreography Showcase & Competition (2018), Dance Chicago (2018), Inaside Chicago Dance’s Youth Summit for the Arts (2018), MADCO’s Dare to Dance Event (2018), Eisenhower Dance Detroit New Dance Fest (2019), and Detroit Dance City Festival (2019).  Courtney is currently a performing artist with forward. the movement in Chicago, Illinois: a contemporary dance company focused on developing individuals and community through movement.  In addition to both choreographic and performance endeavors, Courtney enjoys working with future generations of movers: teaching at a variety of studios throughout the Chicagoland area.
